OSUNO PICKLEBALL – DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery Commitment
- Immediate delivery for available stock.
- 2–4 weeks delivery for newly imported products.
- Free delivery within Hanoi city center.
- For deliveries to Hanoi suburbs and other provinces, additional shipping fees will apply.
- Delivery time excludes public holidays and weekends.
- In certain cases, delivery may be delayed due to force majeure such as severe weather, traffic disruptions, or unforeseen conditions.
1. Applicable Service
This delivery policy applies to all customers purchasing OSUNO Pickleball products at OSUNO showrooms or via the official OSUNO website nationwide.
2. Packaging & Long-Distance Delivery
For long-distance orders delivered via third-party logistics services, OSUNO ensures that products are securely packaged in specialized cartons or protective packaging larger than the product itself, to guarantee safe transport.
3. Responsibility for Goods in Transit
- If delivery is made by OSUNO or by a courier service designated by OSUNO, OSUNO will be responsible for the goods and any risks of loss or damage during transit until the order is handed over to the customer.
- Customers are required to inspect the goods upon receipt.
- If any damage, scratches, cracks, dents, or incorrect items are found, customers must record the issue with the delivery staff and immediately notify OSUNO Customer Service at (+84) 913 858 986.
- Once the customer has signed for the goods without any notes or claims, OSUNO will not be responsible for later requests for exchange or return due to damage or incorrect items.
- If delivery is arranged by the customer using a courier of their choice, the customer assumes full responsibility for the goods and any associated risks (loss, damage, shipping costs) from the moment OSUNO hands the goods over to the carrier.
