General Terms

  • All products supplied and distributed by OSUNO are covered under warranty according to company regulations.
  • Warranty applies only to products within the warranty period (based on the warranty card and warranty seal).
  • Warranty is valid for damages caused by manufacturing defects.

 

1. What is Warranty?

OSUNO’s warranty policy includes the rules, commitments, and after-sales services provided by the manufacturer or seller to the buyer.
The strength of a warranty reflects the credibility and reputation of the company.

Most reputable companies apply similar policies, such as:

  • Product exchange within 7 days.
  • 12-month warranty: Within 6 months of purchase, if the product has any manufacturer defects, the customer will receive free warranty support.

2. Why is Warranty Important?

Although all products undergo strict quality testing before reaching the market, some defects may only appear after use over time.
Warranty policies exist to:

  • Help manufacturers improve product quality.
  • Protect consumer rights and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. OSUNO Warranty Policy

3.1 Warranty Period – 12 Months

OSUNO applies a 12-month warranty for all OSUNO Pickleball Paddles in case of manufacturer defects, including:

  • Broken paddle handle
  • Cracked paddle face
  • Loose, broken, or cracked edge guard
  • Loose or damaged butt cap
  • Within 7 days of purchase: If a manufacturing defect is found, customers will receive a new replacement product.
  • Within 12 months of purchase: OSUNO provides free support for any product issues caused by manufacturer defects.

3.2 Warranty Process

  • Step 1: Customer contacts OSUNO hotline (+84) 913 858 986 to report the issue.
  • Step 2: Warranty staff will receive the request and provide instructions.
  • Step 3: If the defect is confirmed to be from the manufacturer:
    • The defective part/product will be replaced with the same part/product.
    • If the original product is out of stock or discontinued, OSUNO will replace it with an equivalent product(similar design and value).

4. Customer Benefits When Purchasing OSUNO Pickleball Paddles

  • Products with clear origin and official C/O (Certificate of Origin).
  • Products meeting C/Q (Certificate of Quality) standards.
  • 12-month warranty policy. After the warranty period ends, customers still receive consultation and support from OSUNO.

5. Cases NOT Covered by Warranty

Warranty is not applicable in the following cases:

  • Normal wear and tear: fading graphics, minor rattling noise (not affecting performance).
  • Damage due to improper use, poor maintenance, negligence, accidents, or impact (e.g., dropping the paddle).
  • Products purchased in used condition, not from the first buyer, or purchased from unauthorized dealers.
  • Products without a valid warranty card or delivery note, or where these documents have been altered, damaged, or are illegible.
  • Products that are deformed, no longer in original manufacturer condition.
  • Warranty seal is missing, broken, altered, or unclear.
  • Warranty period has expired as stated on the warranty card or delivery note.
